How it Works

Scheduled Check-in's by your loved ones

On a schedule that fits your needs, your loved one to respond with a check-in. The check-in is performed in any one of three ways: tap a notification, respond to a text or answering a phone call. If a check-in is missed then we notify members of your care group of the missed check-in.

Configure Your Schedule

Create a schedule and time window for when your monitored member needs to check-in each day.

Assemble Your Care Group

Add up to 5 members in your notification group should you're monitored member miss their check-in. Add additional notification members for $1 per additional member.

Check-in

If a check-in is missed we will initiate a phone call. If that call is also missed then we will send push notifications, or send a text message, to your notification group. Add additional check-in's per day for $1 per additional check-in - great for medication reminders as well as more at risk individuals.

Pause & Resume

Schedule pauses and resume check-in's as needed. For example, if visiting for week during the holiday then pause your check-in's for that week and we'll resume the following week.
